Group Triathlon Training
Start: No fall 2011 group training. Look for details regarding spring training in early 2012.
Workouts: Two group workouts each week meeting at various locations around Central Marin, including Larkspur, Tiburon, and San Rafael.
Goal events: Marin County Triathlon, Nov 5-6, 2011, Wildflower Triathlons,
May 4-6, 2012.
This program provides the necessary skills and technique instruction in all three disciplines, transition tips, sports nutrition and race day strategy. Athletes will be well prepared to complete a Sprint or Olympic distance triathlon. All levels of experience and fitness are encouraged to join the TriNow Team and enjoy the fun and support of group training.
