The TriNow Triathlon & Training Program is designed to improve your overall fitness through cross training in the three sports of triathlon: swimming, biking and running. TriNow is about taking on new athletic challenges, learning to train for a multi-sport event and staying fit for life all while having fun. Athletes at all levels are encouraged to participate, whether you are new to the sport of triathlon or you have competed before.
TriNow is goal oriented and athletes train for either Olympic or Sprint distance triathlons. The team environment will motivate and inspire you through out the training program to help you reach your potential. At the end of the program, you will feel a great sense of accomplishment and ready for your next athletic challenge.
